As an independent, board-governed, non-profit partner of Nova Scotia Health (NSH), Partners for Care is dedicated to collaborating with businesses and transforming healthcare experiences for patients, healthcare providers, and communities across Nova Scotia. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the HRM.


As the Manager of Partnerships & Projects, you will have the opportunity to champion their vision and establish strategic partnerships with organizations that share similar goals. You will also play a crucial role in an inspiring and innovative vision for the future of healthcare, which includes pioneering holistic health ecosystems that are unprecedented in their approach. Your exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking will play a pivotal role in changing the face of health service delivery in our province. Working closely with the CEO and the board of directors, you will develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that includes identifying, developing, and gaining approval for partnership business cases. You will play a key role in managing the execution of all partnership and project deliverables, ensuring they are successfully completed from the initial discovery and planning phase to the final implementation. To thrive in this role, you will leverage your bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, health administration, or a related field to make a meaningful impact. With 8+ years of experience in business development, partnership, or project management, you will showcase your proven track record of success and drive transformative outcomes.
